Shipping Info: Items are sent first class UK, airmail for the rest of the world. We aim to send out orders immediately but always within 3 working days, allowing for weekends, bank holidays and the likes. This means delivery times should be (roughly, based more on experience than carriers' estimates) 2-5 days UK, 4-7 days EU, 5-14 days elsewhere in the world. In the unlikely event that there are delays at this end, we'll let you know by email. We do get proof of posting for each package sent.

Our flat post/packing charge (UK/EU: £1 per item + 40p for each additional item; rest of world: £2 per item + 90p per additional item) rarely cover even domestic costs - we cover the rest. Even to somewhere really far away, like Australia or Japan or that. And postage costs can be a right bastard over those distances.
Return Policy: Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or a refund given. If you receive a damaged/faulty item please email admin@channelnowhere in the first instance (within a week of receipt).
